Opportunities are ALL around us. Left and right, up and down. Every opportunity that we are presented with awaits our choice; to take it or not. An opportunity is never lost, it just was not meant for you and will be found by someone else.

These opportunities, when taken, usually involve change. Change is both a challenge and scary. Maybe we feel comfortable where we are at right now and don’t see the need to change. But that is just it; we limit our options and opportunities before even giving them a chance. You will never know unless you open up to the unfamiliar. These opportunities that are presented to us may involve change, which is scary, but also new and exciting. Why close ourselves off to potentially amazing possibilities that, when given that chance, will grow with in us?

Allow every opportunity to open itself in your life and don’t be too close-minded to think that there is only one correct path for you. We think we know what is best for us so we make all these intense plans and to-do lists, but in reality, plans usually don’t work out the way we think. If we allow them to, they work out even better then we could have ever imagined. We just have to have the strength and courage to trust that our lives are unfolding in the way that is best for us.

Not all spectacular things have great beginnings. What starts out as sad, fearful, angering or painful may lead you to the start of an amazing opportunity. Our job is to trust that, right now, we are exactly where we are supposed to be. Trust that everything is connected. It always seems like when you least expect it, when you are about to give up, that something happens in your life that restores all faith and gives you the courage to continue.

Life’s path that you are currently walking can change and it will. It does. Be open to it. Expect it. Accept it. Allow that opportunity and change to become part of your dreams.
