Here it is, short and sweet.

What would the world be like if we were all the same? Can you imagine if we all had the same hair and eye color, the same skin tone, body type…? You get the idea. How ridiculously boring right? What if it went beyond us? What if all the trees were the same? Flowers were only one color? It is almost difficult to imagine such a thing. So why, then, does everyone try and be like the other person? Why can’t we embrace our differences… our uniqueness?

Why, why, why? What if, what if, what if? Seriously, think about it.

One thing that I have struggled with all my life is acceptance. Why was I born a little person? Why can’t I be like everyone else? The truth is, I am like everyone else. I am different. We are ALL different. Different is beautiful.

Now I am in the process of truly embracing just being me and everything that life has handed me thus far. One thing I know for sure, you couldn’t pay me to be like anyone else.
